provide you with complete relaxed returns.
Though we propose you keep you investment for a minimum period of 2
years to get the maximum benefit. In case you want to exit earlier than
2 years, we offer to buyback the plots at the following fees:
With in 1st year from the date of transfer: 15 % of Sale Price.
After the end of 1st Year but before the end of 2nd year: 8% of Sale Price.
Between end of 2nd year and before end of 3rd Year: 15% of profit on Sale.
(no service charges if no profit is generated)
(Sale price is the gross amount of sales receipts not deducting any selling exp.)
